Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPNS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPNS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-166P, RNA5SP213, and MTCO1P56. Each is linked with CAPNS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPNS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPNS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-166P grouped by CAPNS2-low versus CAPNS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
