Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPNS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPNS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production, Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta1 production, and Skin development. Each is linked with CAPNS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPNS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPNS2 results are reported.
