CAPNS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPNS2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,551 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPNS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELP, ZNF224, and ORAI1. Each is linked with CAPNS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPNS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPNS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRELP grouped by CAPNS2-low versus CAPNS2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
