CAPNS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPNS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 362 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-572P, RNU4-83P, and RPS28P1. Each is linked with CAPNS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPNS1-to-partner and partner-to-CAPNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-572P grouped by CAPNS1-low versus CAPNS1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
