Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPNS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,894 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPNS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actomyosin structure organization, Positive regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, and Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated immune response to tumor cell. Each is linked with CAPNS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPNS1-to-partner and partner-to-CAPNS1 results are reported.
