CAPN9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2K, Notch1, and PEA-15_pS116. Each is linked with CAPN9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN9-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2K grouped by CAPN9-low versus CAPN9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
