CAPN9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,442 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOX3, RORC, and C11orf52. Each is linked with CAPN9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN9-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN9 versus TOX3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
