CAPN9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXB2, RAB3A, and PCCB. Each is linked with CAPN9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN9-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXB2 grouped by CAPN9-low versus CAPN9-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
