CAPN7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,858 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, PTPN23, and PSMD5. Each is linked with CAPN7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN7-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN7 versus TOP2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
