CAPN7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,451 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX3, MALSU1, and ALG3. Each is linked with CAPN7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN7-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN7 versus BEX3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
