Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,468 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, P-body assembly, and Negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with CAPN7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN7-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN7 results are reported.
