CAPN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,094 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXM1, HJURP, and POC1A. Each is linked with CAPN6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN6-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXM1 grouped by CAPN6-low versus CAPN6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
