Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CAPN6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN6-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN6 results are reported.
