CAPN15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,094 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR90, ZNF598, and SLX4. Each is linked with CAPN15 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN15-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN15 versus WDR90 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
