CAPN14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,720 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, MIR190A, and FANCG. Each is linked with CAPN14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN14-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
