CAPN13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,945 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2C2, TRIM2, and TMEM63A. Each is linked with CAPN13 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN13-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN13 versus ATP2C2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
