CAPN13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,488 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, ARFGEF3, and BCAS1. Each is linked with CAPN13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN13-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN13 versus PLEKHA6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
