Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,868 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPN13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4X1, TMC5, and CEACAM5. Each is linked with CAPN13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN13-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN13 versus CYP4X1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
