Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,814 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of atrial cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization, Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with CAPN13 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN13-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN13 results are reported.
