Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Glycerophospholipid metabolic process. Each is linked with CAPN12 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN12-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN12 results are reported.
