CAPN12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPD1P12, LINC02244, and STARD6. Each is linked with CAPN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN12-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPD1P12 grouped by CAPN12-low versus CAPN12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
