CAPN12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT8A, LRAT, and OR11H1. Each is linked with CAPN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN12-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WNT8A grouped by CAPN12-low versus CAPN12-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
