CAPN11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, ERK2, and CDK1. Each is linked with CAPN11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN11-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by CAPN11-low versus CAPN11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
