Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR2, CASP4, and ALOX5. Each is linked with CAPG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPG-to-partner and partner-to-CAPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPG versus ACTR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
