Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,255 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin polymerization or depolymerization, Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization, and Actin filament capping. Each is linked with CAPG in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPG-to-partner and partner-to-CAPG results are reported.
