Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAP2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,037 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAP2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with CAP2P1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAP2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CAP2P1 results are reported.
