CAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,450 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAP2_S309, RAB23, and PDLIM7. Each is linked with CAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAP2 versus CAP2_S309 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
