CAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,446 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM24, SCN2B, and MYL9. Each is linked with CAP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAP2 versus RBM24 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
