Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MSH2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAP2 results are reported.
