Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,530 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity, Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with CAP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAP2 results are reported.
