CAP1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAP1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,096 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAP1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX7, FRYL_S1978, and LAIR1_S268. Each is linked with CAP1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAP1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CAP1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAP1P2 versus STX7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAP1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAP1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
