CAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD33, SPN, and ARHGDIB. Each is linked with CAP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAP1-to-partner and partner-to-CAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAP1 versus CD33 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
