CAND2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAND2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,278 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR2C2, GPRASP2, and RAD54L2. Each is linked with CAND2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAND2-to-partner and partner-to-CAND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAND2 versus NR2C2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
