CAND2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAND2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,200 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAND2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, HDGFL3, and TUBB2B. Each is linked with CAND2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAND2-to-partner and partner-to-CAND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAND2 versus EPM2AIP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
