Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, ADGRE3, and KRT6C. Each is linked with CAMTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMTA2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMTA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA8 grouped by CAMTA2-low versus CAMTA2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
