Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMTA1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,845 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMTA1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detoxification, Cellular response to toxic substance, and Cellular oxidant detoxification. Each is linked with CAMTA1-AS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMTA1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMTA1-AS1 results are reported.
