Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAMSAP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CAMSAP3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CAMSAP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAMSAP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SKCM are the cancer types where CAMSAP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
