Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMSAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,660 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMSAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, ADAM19, and ZEB2. Each is linked with CAMSAP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMSAP3-to-partner and partner-to-CAMSAP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMSAP3 versus CCN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMSAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMSAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
