CAMSAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMSAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,819 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMSAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, CNOT7, and DOCK3. Each is linked with CAMSAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMSAP3-to-partner and partner-to-CAMSAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by CAMSAP3-low versus CAMSAP3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMSAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMSAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
