CAMSAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMSAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,477 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMSAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, PTPRC, and CAMSAP2_S1148. Each is linked with CAMSAP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMSAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMSAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMSAP2 versus RO60 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMSAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMSAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
