CAMSAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMSAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,926 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMSAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, NUDT11, and MLLT11. Each is linked with CAMSAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMSAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMSAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMSAP2 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMSAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMSAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
