CAMSAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMSAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMSAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, PDCD4, and Rad50. Each is linked with CAMSAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMSAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMSAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by CAMSAP2-low versus CAMSAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMSAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMSAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
