CAMSAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMSAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 348 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMSAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRM, MRPS18A, and FOXN1. Each is linked with CAMSAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMSAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMSAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADPRM grouped by CAMSAP2-low versus CAMSAP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMSAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMSAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
