Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMSAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMSAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKN3, MFSD12, and PGAM1. Each is linked with CAMSAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMSAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKN3 grouped by CAMSAP1-low versus CAMSAP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
