Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAMP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CAMP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CAMP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAMP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where CAMP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
