Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,590 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIN3, ARPC5, and PTPN6. Each is linked with CAMP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMP-to-partner and partner-to-CAMP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMP versus RIN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
