Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,316 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, FCGR3B, and CXCR1. Each is linked with CAMP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMP-to-partner and partner-to-CAMP results are reported.
