CAMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY2. Each is linked with CAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMP-to-partner and partner-to-CAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY2 grouped by CAMP-low versus CAMP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
