CAMKV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKV-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4482, IL9, and CES1P2. Each is linked with CAMKV in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKV-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4482 grouped by CAMKV-low versus CAMKV-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKV→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
