CAMKMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4672, RNA5SP419, and IGHV3OR16-8. Each is linked with CAMKMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKMT-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4672 grouped by CAMKMT-low versus CAMKMT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
